Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the provider that supplies that result service. Our servers do not retain a copy of the search entry. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services may record ordinary technical logs such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review this data in aggregate to maintain the service and understand use patterns. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
Limited information is used to operate the service, resolve technical problems, measure aggregate traffic, and improve the reference pages. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.
External Websites
Links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and search providers. The privacy terms of those organizations apply to information submitted on their services. Sponsored results are also furnished by a third party and follow that provider's policies.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the service process server logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Data Security
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for as long as the purposes described here require. Because there are no user accounts, the service does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor provided information, and we will remove it.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data a service retains. The research for Pennsylvania identified no comprehensive statewide consumer-data deletion law or registry that controls every private service. Because we keep very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and relevant logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Pennsylvania, Delaware County, or Ridley Township offices remain under their custodian's rules and are outside our control.
